I think the 5 star reviews here must be fake. The script is NOT 5 star. And support is less than 1 star. It has some bugs that I had to fix with a very experienced programmer. When I emailed tech support for just some basic info. regarding an update they had announced, I got no response for many many weeks. I had to badger them with constant messages to finally get them to respond. Their response was inadequate and lame. Their instructions read like they were rushed through w/o really understanding my question. I'm still using the script and wish to contact support again. But I know a response will be a long time coming. Bottom Line: SUPPORT SUCKS! They do NOT have a phone number to reach them. And when I go to the site, the top corner info. says that support is "offline". That is almost all day. The script is decent for basic stuff. But sometimes videos don't display even though you can see in the admin that the video successfully was stored in the script. However, it may not show on the front end. This happens roughly in 3 out of 10 videos I've uploaded. I want support to explain how to make the video that is saved in the script actually appear on the front end. I'm waiting for an answer.
