WebTranslate
WebTranslate is a Perl CGI script that automatically generates PO files for GNU gettext programs. The output file will then be emailed to the project maintainer, the submitter, and stored in an SQL database (MySQL or PostGreSQL supported). It allows the user to select the language from which to translate. Hence, the translator does not need to know the language that the author used, or the details of the PO files syntax.
