WHMCS ChrisD really needs to tone down his voice towards customers, rude and obnoxious.. WOW . One huge keyboard warrior. I guess the owner of this company is getting his paddle played with by this Chris guy and reason for keeping jerks like that Chris D...... I HIGHLY suggest choosing another software. In addition they always try to up sell their partners services and refuse to give advice towards locked down code. They almost refuse to give any type of support towards this product. Even locked down the code where none else can make their own changes if needed like a custom form or add on. Their tutorials, guides seem to be written by a 4th grader. They explain what they do but DO NOT tell you how to make a API or Hook. I would not recommend this software to anyone who depend on support and modifications. This is a BEGINNER level software. The company purely sucks and really need to sell out to someone who can actually help their customers.

I had been thinking of using this software for a few months, and it was a choice between this and a few others. Every solution had a demo, and WHMCS was just, different. I played around in the demo, and finally bought it for a website. The admin area is really easy to navigate & is really easy to pick up. There are untold modules for it! It makes WHMCS so customizable both front and back end - it's unbelievable! We now have 2 projects running WHMCS both of which are selling. One has automated provisioning - and it works a treat. We have to do nothing but accept the order! This is one of the best pieces of software I have ever used, and I would urge you to use it too!

I've used WHMCS for about 4 years now, and feel like I have to write them a review. We just rebuilt our website and needed to restructure our billing system - the support team at WHMCS was tremendously helpful, and suggested a solution we hadn't considered. Plus, they implemented the modifications free of charge. Very impressive. I highly recommend this system.

I do not make it a habit giving out praise as I have met some crooks over the past 20 years whilst in the Server & Hosting business; who have offered me scripts to buy and then took my money and I have never heard from them again.. One of these sadly is Autopilot. PLEASE DO NOT BUY AUTOPILOT SOFTWARE As it took me nearly 2 years before They answered my emails but was quick in taking my money. With WHMCS I have had the very best ever after care with these people… And they have always answered my questions very quickly the same day as now I am that Impressed with the staff at WHMCS that I have bought 2 licenses and no longer worry about my customers not getting the best service I can give thanks to all the Guys at The Web Host Manager who will go miles out of their way to make sure You Also Have The Best Service They Can Offer!
