A1Monitor license bug and lousy or no support

I purchased 3 licenses for this program before it stopped working on one machine and complained about a problem with the license on both machines I had installed on. A fix was available, but would not install on one of the servers. It did install on the workstation and works. Attempts to get support from the company are ignored. I would not recommend them.
