Rating 4 - Very Good
I have been evaluating this product for a week or so now and have found that this product is very nice. I like the functionality of what the system can do and the fact that it should allow for VBScripts to be run as well. Some problems that I have encountered are that they do not allow the end users to configure some things that they would find useful. I have been speaking to a rep there via email, and I have not gotten any sort of indication that they are willing to take any ideas seriously.
