What a rip off stay well clear! verified

I purchased the standard script, however I was not told at any point that it could not be installed on a shared server. This must be installed on a dedicated or virtual server. The IIS backup file was missing so I could not even install it locally. I contacted the vendor on numerous occasion and received no response. I filed a Paypal claim which was refused as it was classed as intangible.
