Well, i'd say this script is ok if all you are looking for is a script to allow visitors to refer friends and want an easy setup. If you want more flexibility, options, power, and total customization I wouldn't choose this script. Not so user-friendly and doesn't get updated any more. Emails look ugly and the form page is also not so good looking.
