This could be an excellent script. The availability search advertised as one of it's major features gives results for both available and not available listings. When pointing this out to the author, his response was he knew and did not have time to fix it. Either hire someone or fix it yourself IF you wanted to purchase the script. So, if the availability search is important to you, don't invest the $ 99.00
