I've been using this cart for about 7 months. There is no manual for the cart so you have to figure out how to use it on your own. (There is a "manual" but it's for a much older version and it doesn't apply to the newer versions hardly at all. The screen shots are all different and very few of the instructions apply.) Basically this company constantly revises their product and continuously release changes and new versions but they never stop to write a new manual. Customer support is non-existent unless you have lots of money. I bought this cart because of all the features. Problem is most of the features have bugs. They are supposedly fixed in the newer versions. They'll give you the updates for free but unless you're a good programmer you have to pay them to install the updates. I'm afraid to update since I read through the forum on their site and there were lots of complaints that after the update inventories were screwed up, products were missing etc. and people were having to take their stores down to re-enter all their product info. This shopping cart is a nightmare. Stay away! You can get a free cart without all the features, and headaches, the features in digishop don't work anyway.

I have been using this cart for 8 months. No visitor can read the narrative of any product unless the scroll, which means most never see it. Costly support. The cart stopped functioning and company told me to go ask my hosting company to figure it out. They couldn't after two weeks. Then my hosting company told me I had to buy hundreds of dollars in "service tokens" to get the digicart folks to analyze the problem. A joke. The service is more expensive than the product after you buy it.

this cart has a language library built into it, so it was very easy for me to change how things were said in the cart. when my client asked me to change how the billing info phrase during checkout was worded, i didnt have to go into the code and do it, i just had to edit it in the admin panel and it worked. its a really cool thing, and i will continue to evaluate digishoppe because of this feature.

This product is way over priced for the fact you can get free scripts and free shopping carts that are better, and have some type of continuing support. With this over priced cart you get no support what so ever after a short period unless of course you're will to pay heavily for it..This is clearly not a good value. Add to that the fact that you have to rely this company to integrate the cart to your site well, it is another security problem.
