This is a cool flash preloader script. It's very easy to use and customize. Pretty much drag&drop in your project, recompile and you have a preloader script. This particular preloader has a round design and shows the percentage loaded in the middle and a rotating animation around it while your content is being loaded. When the loading is complete it fades out over your content. Light weight, all vectors. The design, all colors and layer effects are easy to change within the flash library.
