Kartris ASP.NET shopping cart is a ready-built ecommerce website. The free version of the software supports sites with up to 500 products. Includes support for major payment gateways including Paypal, Worldpay, SagePay (Protx) and Google Checkout. Backend system enables easy update of products (automatic image resizing, extensive use of AJAX where required), structured security (give different rights to different employees), and extensive configuration by editing hierarchy of config options in backend. Security and performance is paramout - it uses MS SQL exclusively (including free Express version) and parametrized queries eliminating the risk of SQL injection hacks.
