We have researched a large number of PHP based knowledgebase systems; however we have found PHPKB to be the most feature filled, simplest to use and easiest to modify. The technical support for this product is fantastic, and all our questions and requests have been answered without delay. PHPKB will vastly improve our Helpdesk services and we highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a knowledgebase system.

I'm a web developer by profession and the best thing I found about phpkb knowledgebase is that they have not encrypted the source code. The code is well commented & I was able to change the phpkb's look and feel to match my website easily. Their technical support was quick (whenever desired). In short, I'd just like to reiterate the good things said by others. I wish them best of luck.

I agree with the reviews submitted by other customers. phpkb is worth the money spent on it. Full source code was provided after purchase and code was esay to understand in order to modify it. Installing it on our server and setting up the knowledge base was like a breeze.

We purchased phpkb a while ago to provide our customers with an easy to use knowledgebase system where they can easily find the answers to their support questions whenver they want on self serve basis. It installed perfectly fine on our webserver and let me tell you the installation wizard was so easy and perfect and it came with a detailed installation manual.
