Kumera is an Open Source Content Management System written in Perl and using XML for data storage, designed for small to medium web sites. Main features include: Separation of content from presentation, The system can have multiple users, each with a different role within each sub-site, A writer can edit and create pages but cannot see other writers pages or modify them, A sub-editor can do everything a writer can do, but they can also browse pages and edit them if they are locked out by someone else, A full-editor can do everything a sub-editor can do but they can delete any page and can commit any page that is locked out.
