The debugger is installed but no PHP binary is included. Complete Package contains everything in the other two packages plus the full installation of PHP.

My main ide for php

Maguma is the offspring of phpCoder and like it's parent is compact and fast. It's strongest point is a good integration of the dbg debugger with a robust ide. It does have some small quirks and could use a few small enhancements (like most people I know), but the developers are very receptive to input and and are responsive. Plans for the future are interesting indeed. Check em out.
