This system allows any staff member to report a fault by entering details into an online form. It allows an IT Technician to attend to a fault and listing the steps taken to solve the problem with time taken as well. This system also allows the IT Manager to assign a fault to an IT Technician, view various reports based on this system and help assess the performance and productivity of the work done by the IT department.
