Current features include: Add users, Add departments (ex. IT Dept, Helpdesk, Applications, HR), Add categories for each department, Add trouble ticket/job information, Modify users, Modify/Update jobs/trouble tickets, Delete users, Delete categories, Delete departments, and Close jobs/trouble tickets.
