Bought two licenses of this piece of sht script and they can't get them to work. Countless months of my time and money gone!

software is great, I have been using it since 2006 but the support and renewals are very poor. No response via email, linked in or twitter. Not sure if they are still operating? Nervous of upgrading again. Can anyone recommend an alternative?

the script is great and I had been using it for several years.. Helpful support, after PHP upgrade needed some adjustment, Ben fix it free of charge :)
