Ever thought about a site where people can upload their own small gallery of pictures, say 10, and the script would automatically thumbnail the images, create a page with the persons username and thumbnail gallery images, which when clicked, went to an html page with the full size image? What if it also created a global links list with links to all users pages? Enter PicLinks. This script does exactly that.
