i first used this program a few years back when helping out to re-fit a lwyers office network. of all the inovations my team came up with, this is the one that was most loved by the customer. we dropped the server to their main domain server, and it even allowed them to be connected to the office to retrieve messages even from home, or the courtroom. as much as the associates love it, the secretaries love it even more. definitely a great application for any business office environment.
