I love this script. It took me a while to find it though. I was looking through hotscripts for a guestbook script that didn't use mysql and had next and previous links.

Does what it sets out to do with little fuss.
Accepts user posts without a mysql database, has forward/back navigation, author, homepage link and selectable posts per page.

Downside is editing posts could be difficult for non HTML users.
