This is a Web site feedback system to allow users to send feedback about your site. It includes an easy to use installaion script which lets you enter the image directory name, the site's name, their e-mail to recieve the feedback reports, their server sendmail path, and includes the option to set a switch to enable submission to be previewed and edited by user. <b>1.1 update:</b> added an admin control section that allows site owner/admin to ban a user from submitting reports, turn on or off the switches enabling require user confirmation and the user submission preview/edit mode.
