The script is extremely poorly written with regards to security.
- Requires "register_globals" to be "ON".
- Requires write-access to directory.
- Unvalidated user-input is written to php-file.
In other words, DO NOT USE THIS SCRIPT, as it *will* be exploited by spammers and phishers.
