Simple to setup and use with advanced features and very flexible.

I've been using Traq since I found it back when version 0.5 was released.
Since then it's come a long way, version 3.0 has completely changed the PHP bug tracking category, at least in my opinion anyway.
It's easy to setup and amazingly simple to use.
