TSiteBuilder is a website builder that runs in PHP and MySQL. TSiteBuilder does not act like regular CMSes since TSiteBuilder generates static HTML files that do not depend on a MySQL database for dynamic content. The files are all HTML static content which save considerable wear and tear on a SQL server. Website content is stored in a MySQL database for use in creating and publishing the HTML files, however the generated HTML files do not require any ties to any database or dynamic content.
