The MailFormMaster System is a set of perl cgi scripts that allow users to create HTML forms easily, and without HTML knowledge, and that gather user input and send to an entity via email. Features include: Configuration via a central config file, Emails form responses to up to 5 email addresses, Allows user a reasonable level of control over the "look" of the form page, Supports text, password, radio button, checkbox, select (dropdown box), and textarea input types, Allows up to 25 input fields in your form, Allows up to 10 options for a radio button array, and Allows up to 52 options for a select(dropdown box) menu array.
