Cool Live Support Product with many Features

I was looking for a live support and tried several ones. The best thing is, that it works completely in the browser, so no extra software to install on my computer. On the server of course you have to install something, if you like to host the software yourself, but that was straight forward using the installer and the web based setup. There are many features in yalst from the live view of the visitors, chats, statistics to CoBrowsing but it is easy to get started. I recommend this product.
