Competitively priced, easy to use ... really great support. Support team based in US and know their stuff

We've only started working with this product yesterday, but ... wow! The amount of integration and sheer volume of management options is blowing us away. We've trialed other products and this is on par with ones that charge hundreds of dollars per year. Sorry - but the move to Open Source (i.e. it being "free") just can't be ignored. Fred comments that it can't make forms. Perhaps on July 7th that was true. We don't know. But it definitely DOES make forms today - right under the "Quick Add" button, along with Accounts, Contacts, Content and a half dozen other items. Biggest features (for us) include: - multi-level membership management (including a free subscription option. We never anticipated how difficult that would be to integrate - but zenbership does it!) - page and content protection on a "per membership" or even individual client basis - Event management w/email integration - Sales integration - Payments integration - Contact to Lead to Opportunity to Client visualization And that's just the first day. Are there negatives? A couple we've come across - dating it to our branding will take require some work, and at this moment there seem to be no "extensions" that can be easily integrated (although there seems to be plenty of opportunity for customization – if you have someone comfortable with HTML, CSS and PHP you should have no difficulties. Or aybe spend the few hundred you save here on a programming course or two!) But the benefits really look like it will be outweighing any of that.

Install went fine. Easy to create employees, members,etc. However, the forms can not be created, so pretty useless.

flat out top notch software here that's completely free. I use it to control access to files on my site, and sell subscriptions to those files. it does a lot more than that though, and I feel like as I use it more it's going to become more and more useful.

The program has been around for a while but recently went open source. Despite that it has incredible promise. I downloaded it about a month back when it first went open source and since then they've released an update and have another one coming. What it does you ask? A lot. The program is a membership tool, so you can build a custom database with custom fields, but it is also a full shopping cart and a email and sms marketing platform. It has a CRM system built it which they seem to be going heavy on improving even though for my purposes it works very well. The reason it gets a 4 and not 5 is because the CMS and template editor could be improved a little, but that's splitting hairs. Overall, exceptional. It does everything very well. Highly highly recommended!
