Hello, my name is Falco Mueller and I am the administrator for the Riverbend campground internet service.
Thank you for your contact regarding your satisfaction inquires, unfortunately so far, I have a very low to no satisfaction to date.
Your Antemedea Software is very unstable and unreliable at this point in time.
I have been using free software called “MyHotspot” as backup software installed on the same computer and network cards I was using for your Antamedea software which is uninstalled from this computer at this time.
In response to your email to me I would like to say that your webpage promotions indicate that any operating system from win XP through to win 10 is a suitable operating system but not an optimal operating system, your request to install windows server 1012 for optimal use will require another
$ 882.00USD in addition to the funds Totaling 557.95 USD forwarded to you for your software.
The grand total is 1439.95USD for the right to use your functional!!! Software.
There are too other comments I wish to make regarding your Antamedea software.
1st your auto-login feature is clearly evident in your programs environment for the standard edition and is checkable even though it is not functional and no indication that it is disabled is displayed.
An additional charge for this future is not evident on your webpage promotions! I might add some advice to include this feature in all of your software versions for I would get fewer complaints and you would have fewer complaints from me.
2nd answer your phone numbers clearly displayed on your website promotions and or at least return your messages when you receive them.
I am using a free software called “MyHotspot” and have had little to no difficulty’s since your Antamedea software was removed and replaced by” MyHotspot” from the server computer.
“MyHotspot” also has the auto-login feature enabled and is not evident as a feature but is simply included.
“MyHotspot” software is much more reliable/ dependable.
Our expense to this project is:
Paid standard edition $ 349.00 USD 01/29/2015
Pied premium service $ 208.95 USD 05/31/2017
Totaling $ 557.95 USD
Your cost for the premium is $ 499.00 USD
We have expensed $ 58.95 USD more for your additional premium service
To repair or make work the standard edition version software work dependably. With NO satisfaction and NO auto-login feature, indicated by your response to me in this email indicating that this is part of the premium software offering . http://www.antamedia.com/hotspot/
It has been since 03/04/2015 to this date today that I have been struggling to have a satisfactory Wi-Fi hot-spot installed and functional and I now have to use free software instead.
How are you going to fix/repair my confidence and your software with regard to my grievances?

I suggest not entertaining the use of the Antamedea software for i am cretin that i am not the only customer with grievances and you might be the next to endure the loss of investment, time and frankly sanity in dealing with their sails and service.
One final note: the license you receive from them consists of critical information of your computer, like its serial number and network card Mac ids,
I was informed by A.V.G virus scanner that there is a discrepancy regarding the software and to remove the infestation which leaves the software inoperative.
I was also informed that there is a possibility of having an open access to your customer database and personal information by the holder of the critical information acquired by Antamedea to prepare your license ZIP file
