DocMoto stores and manages electronic files such as word processor documents, spreadsheets, drawings, music and photographs. Any changes made to a file (revisions) are automatically stored preventing the loss of work and making it simple to view previous versions. DocMoto is a multi-user system; many people can work together on a single file without ever having to worry about overwriting each others work. Incorporating a simple but extremely powerful security system, users can be restricted in the files they can access. DocMoto also includes a file recovery mechanism making deleted files easy to recover. Purposefully designed for ease of use, the DocMoto feature set has been deliberately kept straightforward. Its uncluttered interface is suitable for all levels of user. DocMoto requires no additional software such as databases, and can be installed in minutes with no technical knowledge. DocMoto is a client server implementation of the open, published Internet protocol WebDAV. An Internet ready revision control server.
