ezContents is a Web site content management system in the form of a Drupal distribution. The default theme is fully responsive. Its features include maintaining menus, adding authors that write contents, permissions, workflow, and layout possibilities for the entire look of the site by simple use of settings. A @font-your-face module with Google Web Fonts is added by default. It offers great flexibility for the Web site developer and a user-friendly interface for the editor. You can extend it yourself using existing Drupal modules or themes.

Comments based on v1.4: EZ Contents is very fast to put into place (just need PHP/mySQL, no special configs) and get something running and then evolve from there than the Nukes. It lets you create menus (1 horizontal across-the-top one and a 2-level nested one down the side), upload images and add content pages via web browser. Can run in frames mode (easier to add-in external scripts) or non-frames. The basic layout is pretty much fixed unless you want to modify the script extensively, but the built-in layout is useful for most sites. Can change colors, fonts, and all options via web browser. Basic reader/contributor/admin permissions system as of v1.4. Basic banner add system. Very responsive support on their forums.
