Great script! I love the feature that shows you where the user is on your site and where they were referred from. I've found what areas of my site people like to look at, and improved those areas.

I've been using HCL for a few months now and I have to say - Good Job Mike. As the previous reviewer wrote - this app is completely free. Forum support is helpful and installation and setup couldn't be easier. Can't wait for the 2.0 release!
Great Software

I spent ages looking for a free live chat script and came across so many that said they were "free" but none of them actually were. That was until I came across HCL. HCL truly is free and has more features than most of the live help scripts out there!
I would recommend this software to anybody who has any kind of service to customers eg. e-shops/web hosts/etc. It will be a great asset to your company!!
