Fair but make no customisations!

The problem with this software is the uge number of updates. Costly modifications do not work anymore after upgrading to newer version. Furthermore, the server is swapping a lot with this software.

Hi Henkie, Thank you for your review. iLister does not have a straightforward upgrade process simply because most of its code is open. Anyone can change it, and an upgrade would simply wipe out the changes. We regularly issue updates to let our customers enjoy new features, bug fixes, and improvements. In order to keep your custom changes, you would need to update some of the files manually. If you don't know your way around coding, we would be happy to help by performing a custom upgrade. As for the server, our software requires a VPS or a dedicated server. With up to a gig of RAM, it would work fine if the server is configured properly by ISP. A typical VPS server costs from $35/mo, and that's reasonable for any business, especially the one run entirely online.

I have been using iRealty soft for about two months now. To use this script, you really do not need to have experience in php. I am extremely impressed with this script and how quickly they responded to my questions.

we have been on iRealty for several years. Godaddy Hosting upgraded their PHP compiler and broke our site. Luckily the guys at iRealty went above and beyond to fix our version of iRealty with great speed and efficiency. I would use them again easily.
