If you are looking for a good mailing list software - get this one. They have the best support of any company I've worked with over the years. Mailing stats are wonderful. It is so easy to group subscribers with their interests and create any type of custom fields to customize subscription forms. I am impressed with the prompt reply from service team. A first class service.

I'm using this mailing software since 2009. It became some kind of my mailing companion in our company. So here I am telling my few words about it. Things I like: - Nice user-friendly interface - Free updates few times a year. Normally I set them up by myself since it's really easy. Though support guys can do it for you without any extra charge. Of course if you want it. - Beautiful mailing stats. They became even better this year with new version 3.2. You can see all the click-throughs, detailed bounced emails tracking, opt-in/out activity with graphs, logs and filters. - Easy setup. Software is complex. I know it since I am software developer myself. It's really great that installation is that simple and it can be set up with any shared (even very simple!) or dedicated hosting account.
