NovaShare is an engine that allows you to create fully-interactive web-based news and discussion sites, much like WonkoSlice or Slashdot. Administrators, or authors, can post articles and polls, and readers can create user accounts, post comments, participate in discussion threads, and more. NovaShare is a Windows DNA application that runs on a Windows 2000 Server with Microsoft SQL Server 7 providing the database backend. The engine is geared to handle heavy traffic, and with its COM-based architecture it's the fastest available implementation of a web-based news and discussion engine.
