Script is poor and not fully working! They promised me to fix the script if I canceled the compaint I opened via PayPal. After canceling the complaint they never replied my mails. No refund of my money. After I installed it on my webserver, it seemed to be the wrong package: not the adult dating software, but the normal dating software. I need the software to start a dating website for swingers. The software also includes a lot of bugs and misses many features. I send an e-mail to datingsitebuilder and I also updatet the ticket with my complaint. After a few days I received an e-mail from James Lee who promised to install the software for me. I gave him my credentials and after a few days (22-12) the same version was installed at my webserver. Monday 23-12 he mailed me the following: we are setting up swingers template for you now. Until now I do not have a working swingdating solution. Please send me/install the correct (and bugfree) software or refund my money. I opend earlier a dispute but closed it the next day because they promised me to update the product within 24 hours. Now, a week later, nothing was done! I am out of patience. The 9th of january I gave them a deadline to do what they have promised the next 24 hours. I also send them a reminder the next day. I don't even got a reaction.
