Awful, buggy product with no support

This is a very buggy, unpopular product. Installing it is a nightmare and getting support is difficult. The "support" is one nasty dude who barely works.
The product should die off. It's outdated and too unpopular to make it viable. Skip this one.
Terrible manual and support

Every time I think about having to use Photopost/Reviewpost I book a holiday. The manuals are terrible and the support is pretty bad too. You really feel as though they've slapped the stuff together, written some instructions in half and hour and then they leave you to it. Their support forum is littered with complaints, slow support and many problems. Unfortunately, I have to use Reviewpost, but I don't like it, and as soon as I can I'll be dumping it for something else.
Limited functionality, support lacking, lots of programming errors

ReviewPost is nothing more than PhotoPost with a few minor changes (same goes for their Classifieds script). The coding is shoddy and full of errors. The support isn't the greatest in the world...they're really good at making everything seem like it's your fault. And, like the previous poster stated, it's very limited in its capabilities, not to mention that if you need to make changes, even minor ones, you'd better be a good programmer. Unfortunately there aren't many other options out there.

Based upon the great Photopost software, Reviewpost has the benefit of good work but isn't quite complete because it has been designed for a different kind of product. You can only paste one rating (no categories), has no ability to add extra fields (address and contact information), extremely limited search capabilities, and much more. This product is still a work in progress over a year later, clearly third to Photopost, and will work great if you just need a very basic reviewing software with the ability to have following up reviews and ratings.

This is a really great product. I can't say enough good about it. I have had no problems with it and it works just as it should. The price is also good considering how indepth it is and how well it works!
