All these tools can be run from the command line with the exception of the Assembly Cache Viewer (Shfusion.dll) and the Microsoft CLR Debugger (DbgCLR.exe). In order to ensure that these tools function optimally the user has to set the Path, Include and Lib environment variables by running SDKVars.bat in the /v.2.0/Bin directory and executing it in the command shell.
