A dynamic feedback form based on JavaScript, ASP using Ajax technologies. Access to the form is present all time on pages (even when scrolling pages) and the form can be opened without reloading page. Also, the use of Ajax allows sending the feedback message without reloading the page. This component is packed inside a Dreamweaver extension, so you can insert a feedback form on your page with a single click on the Dreamweaver menu without needing any programming skills.
