Txt2html is the original tiny 'no bloat' program that automates the process of splitting up large text files into nice html pages containing all the necessary hyperlinks to all the other pages. It uses the minimum of formatting so that the files can be placed within your own web site layout - a frame, for example - and all of the formatting can be turned off if you wish, including the document titles.
