Relational FormWizard for MySql

This script can generate forms on two tables where one index in the first table is realtionally linked to another index in the secondtable. This script can also generate a single table form. This work is an extension of earlier work on PHPFormWizard 2.0. Update (2001/12/02): Updated to get rid of the system commands such that it would be compatible with Linux, Unix and Windows OS. The PEAR libraries have been removed as it made the script litle sluggish. Forms can be generated from single upto five related tables. An example is also provided.

Relational FormWizard for PostgreSql

This is an attempt to create a relational form wizard for the PostgreSql database. Presently it only works for two tables which are relationally indexed. All the form features are available from previous work on the Formwizard for PostgreSql v1.0.
Update:12/18/2001: The script has been updated to work on single table to five related tables. An example is provided. The script now works on Linux, Unix and Windows platforms.

Resetting forms using an Image Button (IE4+ / NS4+)
In forms when using text boxes or text areas and check boxes you might need a reset button that is not the usual gray HTML button. For this you can use a small JavaScript function as given below. Note: This button will reset only text boxes,text areas and check boxes as list boxes and option buttons don't usually require resetting. After resetting the form the cursor will set the focus to the first field in the form.
